Permanent and irreversible

Delete inside the app

Authenticated users can permanently delete their account from:

Settings → Security → Delete account

Confirm with your current password. The deletion begins immediately and cannot be undone.

How identity is verified

The verification link is sent only to the email address already registered to the account. It expires after 60 minutes and can be used once. Clicking the link opens a confirmation page; deletion does not run from the email link alone. This prevents someone from deleting another user’s account and avoids deletion by automated email scanners.

Request deletion without the app

Enter the email address used for the account. We will send a single-use verification link to that address before any deletion starts.

Data removed

The same permanent deletion service used by the app removes:

User profile and credentials
Authentication tokens
Optional phone number, birth date, and profile picture
Saved health data and custom-field values
Pregnancy, cycle, glucose, and blood-pressure records
Active and cancelled bookings
Ratings and review text
Article likes
Notification devices, preferences, history, and deliveries
Password-reset requests and related mail records
Other private records owned by the account

Limited retention

Private rolling backups — 7 days

Daily database and uploaded-file backups are retained for disaster recovery for 7 days. They are stored outside the public web directory and are not accessible during normal application operations. The rolling retention job permanently removes an archive at the first hourly cleanup after it becomes 7 days old. No copy remains addressable to Sfera Manager after removal; physical reuse of deleted storage blocks is controlled by the hosting provider. Deleted account data is not restored except as part of a full disaster recovery, and any restored deletion request must be reapplied.

Deletion audit — 365 days

For security, abuse prevention, accountability, and proof that the request was completed, we retain only the tenant identifier, deleted user identifier, deletion source, and deletion timestamp. The audit is permanently deleted after 365 days. It contains no name, email, phone number, health data, or request note.

Unverified, unknown, expired, or failed web requests are encrypted at rest and removed after 7 days. A successfully completed web request and its account-deletion mail logs are removed immediately after the completion email is sent.

What happens after verification

The responsible administrator is notified that the mailbox owner verified the request.
Sfera Manager queues the permanent deletion through the shared account-deletion service.
Deletion normally completes within minutes and no later than 7 calendar days after verification if operational review is needed.
A completion email is sent to the verified account email address.

Legal retention exceptions

No legal-retention exception is currently configured for the account-owned records listed above. If applicable law later requires a separate record to be retained, the requester will be informed; the record will be detached from the active account and personal identifiers will be irreversibly anonymized where legally permitted.
